Services Offered

The Publications Office can perform the following services for our clients:

  • Design
  • Editing
  • Maintaining quality control and meeting University standards
  • Photo selection
  • Production assistance
  • Project management
  • Print buying and oversight
  • Using the University logotype and other symbols correctly, as prescribed by University policies

On a limited basis, as time and staffing permits, we can offer copy writing, illustration, and audience testing. These services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, we are not staffed to perform the following:

  • Extensive design changes or an unlimited number of designs
  • Publications aimed at internal audiences
  • Publications by students, for students, or paid for by students
  • Academic journals
